 Sometimes, your pieces might need a little TLC.

• If you've purchased the piece within 6 months, just send me an email and I'll be in touch to help work it out ASAP.
• If the 6 month grace period has passed, please email me to discuss. If you have the majority of your beads, and I have any missing parts, in most cases I can repair your piece for a fee plus round trip shipping.
