Refund Policy

        Returns

        Unfortunately, all Strands and Bands by Fran sales are FINAL. Since every item is customized and made-to-order by hand, I cannot offer any returns, refunds or exchanges unless it has been determined that there was an order mix up, a manufacturing defect, or damage to the item. Strands and Bands by Fran reserves the right to determine the refund or exchange eligibility on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me at strandsandbandsbyfran@gmail.com with any questions or concerns you may have before placing an order to ensure sizing is accurate.

        Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me within 3 days after delivery at strandsandbandsbyfran@gmail.com to notify me if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refunds or exchanges for special situations will be made by Strands and Bands by Fran on a case-by-case basis, valid for store credit only.

        To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

        To start a return, contact me at strandsandbandsbyfran@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
