Shipping Policy

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS, RATES, & TIMING?

    Domestic Shipping within the Continental United States:

      • Strands and Bands by Fran currently ships primarily domestically within the Continental United States.
      • All domestic orders qualify for free shipping.
      • All items are shipped from NYC. Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship via UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage with Tracking, unless otherwise requested by customer.
      • I make each item to order by hand. After receiving your order confirmation email, my standard processing time to produce and package your order is approximately 2-4 days for Strands (stretchy jewelry) and 3-7 days for Bands (non stretch & flat woven jewelry), excluding holidays. However, I can usually get them out on the earlier side of the window.
      • Shipping time is additional and based on the delivery option the customer chooses. USPS and UPS Ground transit timing varies depending on location, but generally arrive within 3-5 days, Monday-Saturday. Options for 2 Day and Next Day delivery are also available.
      • All items ordered will be packaged and shipped together unless the customer is notified otherwise.
      • If a signature is not desired, select the "No Signature" option. In this situation, the customer assumes responsibility in the unlikely event of a lost or stolen package.

    International Shipping

      • Strands and Bands by Fran may offer international shipping outside of the United States depending on your location and potential order size. Please contact me if Strands & Bands shipping is not currently offered to your country.
      • Different carriers may be utilized and international shipping rates apply to all orders.
      • Your order may be subject to additional customs, taxes, or duties (including VAT) not mentioned at checkout. Any customs or import duties are determined and charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are your responsibility and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Strands and Bands by Fran is not responsible for duties, taxes or other fees associated with international shipments or any delays or other issues that may arise.

    HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    • As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email from Strands and Bands by Fran with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
